More customers,less manual work.

Websites, apps and automations for small businesses and freelancers, plus an AI chatbot for your site. I build it, connect it to WhatsApp and the tools you already use, and look after it once it’s live.

  • What’s included, in writing
  • A fixed quote
  • Replies within 24 hours on business days

Problems I solve

Most projects start with one of these.

  1. Leads get lost in WhatsApp.

Every inquiry lands in one list with an alert on your phone and a reminder to follow up.

    WhatsApp automation
  2. Customers are tracked in Excel.

A CRM with the stages and reminders you actually use, with your existing spreadsheet moved in.

    CRM systems
  3. The same questions get answered by hand every day.

A chatbot on your website that answers from your own pages and hands the conversation to you when it should.

    AI website chatbot
  4. The website brings no inquiries.

A fast site in Hebrew and English, written around what your customers search for, with one clear next step.

Services

Three kinds of work, often combined in one project.

Maintenance and support

Hosting, updates, monitoring and small changes for the sites and automations I built, on a monthly plan.

Work

Two products I designed and built end to end.

Problem
Recipes found on blogs and social posts are hard to save and cook from.
Result

Built with
Expo (React Native), Supabase, Firecrawl, and Groq with Gemini as automatic fallback.

Kesher

A wedding planning platform for the Israeli market, with a dashboard for the couple and a mini-site for their guests.

Problem
Couples plan a wedding across spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper contracts, and the numbers rarely add up.
Built with
Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind v4, tRPC and Supabase.

How I work

The same six steps for every project, so you always know what comes next.

  1. First contact

Book a call, send a message or write on WhatsApp. I reply within 24 hours on business days.

  2. Discovery call

We talk about your business, what is slowing it down and what a good result looks like.

  3. Written proposal

What’s included, the dates and the price, all in writing before any work starts.

  4. Build

Weekly previews on a live link, so you see progress and steer early.

  5. Testing

Tested on real data and real devices, in both languages, before anything goes live.

  6. Handover

Documentation, access to every account, and a support window after launch.

About me

I’m Eden Gilady, a full-stack developer in Israel. I build websites, web and mobile apps, and the automations that connect them to the tools a small business already uses.

By day I’m a developer at a software company. I didn’t start out in code, and I still work like the technician I was in the army: find what’s actually broken, fix it properly, and check that it holds.

  1. Tank technician
  2. Mechanical engineering
  3. UI/UX design
  4. Full-stack development

Recently I built Kesher, a wedding planning platform for the Israeli market, and Krunchy, a recipe app that uses AI to turn any link into a clean recipe.

Away from work: retro games, emulators and yeast dough.

More about me

How pricing works

Before any work starts, you get the price and the dates in writing, with what’s included spelled out, so the price doesn’t change halfway.

What shapes the quote:

  • How much there is to build
  • Which systems it connects to
  • Hebrew, English or both
  • The timeline

How much does a project cost?

Before any work starts, you get the price and the dates in writing, with what’s included spelled out. The price depends on how much there is to build, which tools it connects to, whether it needs both Hebrew and English, and the timeline.

How long does a project take?

It depends on what’s included. Once we’ve agreed what to build, the written proposal sets the dates.

How soon can you start?

Tell me your deadline on the first call. The proposal states when work starts, and I reply to every inquiry within 24 hours on business days.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do. The code, the domain, the hosting and every service account are yours, and at handover you get access to all of them along with documentation.

Where will my site be hosted?

I usually recommend Cloudflare: it is fast, reliable and often free for a business site. It is set up in your own account, so you can move it, or hand it to another developer, any time.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes a support window after launch, and its length is written into the proposal. After that, you can move to a monthly maintenance plan or call me when you need something.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes, for what I build. A monthly plan covers hosting, updates, monitoring and small changes, so the site and the automations I built keep working. I don’t take over the upkeep of systems built by others.

Can you connect the tools I already use?

Usually, yes. Most tools small businesses use, like WhatsApp, Google Sheets, calendars, CRMs and booking systems, have an API or an export, so I can connect them and information is entered once. I check what your tools allow on the discovery call.

What can an AI chatbot do for my business, and what can’t it?

On your website, a chatbot can answer common questions from your own pages and FAQ, including after hours, and pass the conversation to you when a person should step in. It answers only from what you’ve published, never invents a price, and leaves every decision to you.

I’m not technical. Is that a problem?

Not at all. I explain things in plain words, you see progress on a live link every week, and at handover you get short instructions written for the people who will use the system.

How do you handle my customers’ data?

Everything I build follows Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, including Amendment 13: forms ask only for what is needed, the privacy policy sits next to the submit button, and marketing messages need a separate opt-in.

Tell me what’s slowing your business down.

Pick a time for a short discovery call. We’ll talk about your business, what you need and what it would take.

I reply within 24 hours on business days.
