Privacy policy

Last updated:

This policy explains what personal information edengilady.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It follows Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, 1981, including Amendment 13.

Who I am

The site is run by Eden Gilady, a registered small business in Israel (see the footer for the registration number and contact details). I am responsible for the information described here.

What I collect and why

  • When you send the contact form: your name, a phone number or email address, what you are interested in, your message, and whether you agreed to receive updates. I use it only to reply to you and to discuss your project.
  • With the form, automatically: the page you sent it from, the site language, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link. I use these to understand which pages bring inquiries.
  • When you book a call: the booking service (Cal.com) collects the details you enter there to schedule the call. Its own privacy policy applies to that service.
  • When you click Book a call or WhatsApp: the page you clicked from and the referring site, without anything that identifies you.
  • Site statistics: page views and loading speed through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Marketing messages

I send updates by email or WhatsApp only if you tick the separate box on the form. You can ask me to stop at any time, and I will.

Where the information is stored

Form submissions are stored in a database on Cloudflare, sent to me by email through Resend, and copied to my CRM so I can follow up. Some of these providers store data outside Israel. Each is bound by its own data protection terms.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiries for as long as needed to reply and to handle any project that follows, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to me using the contact details in the footer and I will reply within 30 days.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, the form is protected against bots, and access to the stored information is limited to me.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
